THE MEN’S RESET RETREAT

Get clear on the decisions you’ve been avoiding.

Come back with a plan that makes sense

For men who feel like they’re constantly carrying things in their head, making decisions late at night, and second-guessing them the next morning.

2 days to step back and think clearly, so you can be more present with your family and more effective in the decisions you make at work

If this sounds familiar

You're in the right place

This is NOT a retreat for 'broken men'

Men who come to this retreat aren’t visibly falling apart.

Your life probably looks fine from the outside.

Work is busy, successful, but your responsibilities are stacking up, and people rely on you.

The issue is that everything lives in your head.

Decisions get pushed back

and not because you can’t make them...

but because there’s never any space to think properly.

And your work regularly bleeds into home.

Home feels like another thing you’re half-present for.

Not able to focus on your family because of things at the office nagging at you

You tell yourself it’ll ease once this busy phase passes....

but it rarely does.

The pace stays high,

the noise stays constant,

and you keep carrying it.

Because that's what men do.

They provide, without complaint, or showing that things are getting on top.

Real men don't cry. Right?

Don't worry, you aren't going to be asked to cry

This weekend exists because clarity doesn’t happen in the middle of a normal week.

It happens when there’s distance from routine

fewer distractions, less questions and no new '5 minute jobs'

and time to think without being pulled in ten directions.

Most men know what they need to think about and probably what they need to do

The problem is there’s never a clean break...

- Work messages,

- Family needs,

- Day-to-day decisions

and background pressure keep pulling attention back before anything resembling a decision properly settles.

Trying to create clarity in the middle of that usually turns into thinking about the same things again, just later at night and with less patience.

Stepping away changes the conditions for you and puts control back in your hands.

There's fewer inputs, less demands on your attention, and enough distance from routine to see things properly rather than react to them.

That’s what allows your decisions to surface without forcing them, and why most people feel clearer afterwards without needing to push.

What to expect across the weekend

The weekend has structure, but it isn’t a bootcamp.

It’s designed to give you space from the noise,

enough time to think properly,

and a reset of the basics that slip when life gets busy.

Across the weekend there’s simple movement, time outside, proper food, and good conversation, with plenty of downtime built in.

- Sauna

- Gym

- Library

- Naps

- Sitting with a brew

it’s there if that’s what you need.

Phones aren’t banned,

but most people naturally stop checking them because the pace drops and there’s less pulling at you.

There’s also fun without everything revolving around booze

- a pub quiz

- a comedian on the Friday night

and the kind of chats you don’t get through messages.

Nothing is forced, and there’s no pressure to perform.

Optional one-to-one coaching is available if you want to use the space to talk something through and leave with clear next steps.

What NOT to expect...

There's no chanting here.

No group sob circles.

No spirit animals

No awkward vulnerability workshops where someone starts oversharing and you're not sure what to say

And you definitely aren't going to be walking over hot coals, jumping in cold mud pools, or beating each other with leaves

Led by Someone Who’s Actually Lived the Hard Bits

I'm not quoting from a coaching manual.

I've lived through

- Addiction

- Burnout

- Rebuilding

- Raising kids

- Running a business

- Selling a business

and finally learning how to like the bloke I see in the mirror.

I got sober in 2009, rebuilt my life step by step, and created a framework called The Basics:

Strip away the noise, focus on what matters, get back to yourself.

This retreat is built around that.
